So I started playing this game since last year and I have VIP but not any permission to use the VIP cata. I had this problem last year but hadnt any uppertunities to ask you....
Does this mean I have to buy it again? I have been on this hotel since 2011 and don't know if I bought it that year or the year later..... Thanks

The VIP system has changed since then. It includes alot of awesome features then it did before.

Unfortunately, because of this you'll have to purchase your VIP ranks again.
