I think the best way to do now is to ensure that you have a strong password. As for the person threatening you, if you have evidence,(must be video,not printscreen) you can report him.

That's just words, Josey. Report it using the HELP tool in game and he will be warned accordingly.

If a user releases your IP address, then they'll be banned.

make sure to keep your email updated thats linked to your fresh account so you can recover it quickly if you do get hacked, youre also entitled to take further security measures such as connecting your phone to your fresh account so you'd need the pin off your phone per login, visit your account settings to setup 2step authentication.
