Fresh Hotel not working?

Fresh Hotel isn't working for me and I do not know why. I've cleared my cache, shut down my PC, logged out, etc. and nothing works, and when I can actually access the site I can't connect to client, the screen turns black.

Thats on Safari, Google Chrome doesn't work for me regardless.

its probably because of your internet connection. if not, try using incognito mode.
