Seeing if I can get some sort of compensation or.. (Help)

I registered to fresh on 19/11/11 and I played on and off for a few years then I stopped. Yesterday I came on again and there was obviously a wipe, before however, I had bought all the vips (emerald vip) and was wondering if I am entitled to a refund or some sort of compensation (diamond vip). I have the badge to prove I did buy it, I bought it literally on the day emerald vip came out. Thanks.

The old VIP has been removed, and replaced with another VIP system. The new VIP includes much more than the old VIP.

Fresh store is strictly no refunds, so you won't be compensated. If you'd like to have VIP again you'll have to buy it from the Fresh Store.

As for XxBondsxX, there is no problem with the store; Kane updates it frequently. It isn't 'always down'. Store will be up soon.
