I see all these people with titles on the forums, for example; Legend.

How do these people get these titles on the forums, instead of being a "Junior Member"
Do you have to pay for them, are they given from being an active forum member? Please help, thank you.

I didn't pay for my rank- but I'm assuming I have it because I'm an active and helpful member on the hotel, and forums.
