My Diamond VIP Shop disappeared.

Hi, I haven't logged on in a while (1-2 years) e.e
And I had purchased Ultra VIP which had been converted to Diamond VIP and I had the full package (all shops, commands etc) and today I logged in and noticed my vip shops were gone!
Whats going on! I still have my diamond VIP Badge and can still use the commands I just cant access the shops.

Upon further investigation, I've also lost the rank on-site as well.

There may have been a rollback in your period of inactivity that would've caused you to lose your rank.

Do you have receipts/transaction ID's of when you bought the Diamond VIP?

If you can provide dates when your VIP was updated to Diamond VIP Rank, transaction ID's from either PayPal or whatever you used to purchase your VIP package from, and your receipt that you get emailed to you when you buy, we can get your VIP re-instated.

Until then, nothing we can do. Once you have the relevant info please email [email protected] and Kane will take it from there.
