    Can someone tell me why my account was deleted?

    So a few days ago i had logged into fresh under my "bigtrevs98" account. I log off to go do some errands in real life, and come back to the hotel not letting me log in to my account. So i wait a few hours... assuming the hotel is just down... it still wont let me log in. So i wait a couple more hours... Nothing. So i try to make a new account to see if it will even let me log into the hotel. and it Does?? That means, my account is no longer there? Can SOMEONE tell me why my whole account got deleted? No ban, No Notice, No nothing. I have Used the Contact Us option at bottom of page. and have gotten 0 response, and have also messaged Securitys in the hopes that ANYONE could atleast let me know something? Still i have gotten 0 response from anyone. and i did want to say im very dissapointed in the way fresh is doing things/treating their players/customers.

    It seems fresh reverted back to the old version so anything in the past week - 2weeks was never saved, remake the acc

    The Forum is the best way to communicate... Maybe securitys wasnt online.. but no need to say fresh isnt treating the players good

    I never said securitys could help...in bigtrevs98's post he said that he messaged securitys and got no response... i was just saying that maybe securitys wasnt online to explain fresh had a rollback ._.

    never asked in the hopes that Securitys can do something... hes just the highest ranked person i know. figured he could tell me who to ask... or atleast if he knew what was going on. but yes he was probably offline. but i waited a day or two. and no reply from either him or "contact us". The reason i said i disliked the was fresh was treating people is, there atleast could have been some type of official notification? OR SOMETHING? like come on... how many people do you think were BEYOND mad because their stuff got deleted. its just my personal opinion...
