Inactive Staff?

So tell me why every time ive seen Jonteh, He is afk. ive checked for 3 days straight now... in need of a bit of help... and ill sit in his room 2-3 times a day. sitting there saying his name for a good 10-15 minutes each time... with completely no result. I personally think if you want to be staff, you should be willing to help people, and acually active. I have gotten NOTHING from Jonteh as staff, and honestly feel as if his position should be considered.

And why did you need Jonty so much? there's multiple methods to get in contact with staff? call for help, email [email protected], forums or follow another staff member active on the staff page.

I wasnt specifically in need of Jonteh, but when i do :staff he is usually the only one online... i was not aware of the support email working, because ive emailedd it beofre and had gotten no response. As one of the only (Showing) online staff, Who else am i suposed to go to?

Sure, consider my position. Its not my fault we are in different timezones and I leave my PC on when I sleep. I spend the better part of my day helping people and answering questions for nothing in return.

Also, I don't know if you knew this, but spamming someones name when they're sleeping or AFK doesn't actually alert them. Just a heads up.
