Randomly Banned - Ban Appeal

Reason for the ban : No Reason

Why the ban should be lifted? :

So when i log onto fresh, It lets me into the /me page and all, but when i went to my fresh-hotel.org/home/Gnathic page, it says I am banned, and when i log into the client it disconnects me, is this a bug? Could I have some help?
