Why I wanna be unban : My ban appeal was not denied by the person who banned me also I would like to say where in the rules does it say You cannot make 30+ accounts or where does it say users are allowed to scam there not but the user obviously did because Chels clearly told him to pay and he did not and if you can link me to where it says I cant have 30+ accounts that would be nice.
