You scam at your own risk if you're not willing to lose anything don't bet at all you're reporting the user you're not reporting the fact your rares are gone , when it comes down to your rares that is your responsibility however when it comes to getting scammed you lack power so that is down to the staff team , in future I would suggest not letting anyone hold.
