Why the ban should be lifted? : I think this is a misunderstanding. I reported a scammer. As the video is quite blur, I think the staff that banned me might read some things wrongly. In the video, SirMaarky can be seen betting with me. SirMaarky spinned the first dice, which came out a 4. When I asked him to close all the dice, he said that he did not know how to close a dice. Then I asked him to continue rolling. I wanted to type : You spinned a 4 already, but he already spinned the first dice again before I could type. Therefore, this means that he himself think that he should re spin the dice. So I just went follow the new dice, which is a 3. And the end result, his new poker hand is 34564 , which is 4s.
When I asked him to continue spinning, he himself decided to re roll the first dice. I did not tell him to. As the video might be unclear, I think TheJacob might read some things wrongly.
Furthermore, when the result of my poker hand came out, he ran away. He attempted to scam me. As he ran away, this means that he himself also thought that he had lost the bet. This means that we took the dice as 34564. Therefore, I think this is a misunderstanding.
Furthermore, if I knew that I am scamming, I would not post the video of him scamming and invite trouble for myself.
I hope the staff would view the video more closely and unban me.
*Edit : Furthermore, the bet is so small, only 2v2t. Why would I risk a ban by scamming him?
Note that while I was typing "You spinned a 4 already", he ownself decided to re spin the dice. This is his fault. Also note that I did not type "You spinned a 4 already" because since he already spinned, then i decided to just let it be. So since he ownself spinned the first dice again, and I did not ask him to, it is his fault. It is not mine. Since it was himself who decided to spin the dice, so i just take his new hand. So in this case, I am supposed to win.
In the end, he ran away. He attempted to scam me. Shouldn't he be banned instead for scamming? Why am I banned?

this is a ban appeal thought right? in the ban appeal threads :s he just backed his own up with the proof of the bet he was banned for. Jacob has a habit of banning 'accidentally' or for users speaking their opinion. oh dear
