help me im dying

im having a really weird issue with fresh right now, i go to play it and it loads reasonably fine and i wait for it to properly start but every single time the loading bars fully load it disconnects soon after. i dont know why, im pretty sure ive tried every solution under the sun like clearing my cache, turning off add block, restarting my laptop. i somehow managed to get it to work a couple of days ago, and i really dont know how, its a recent issue starting about a month ago, and i really just need help because im not tech savvy

i should have mentioned that, my wifi is pretty good like 90% of the time

ehh happened to me try flushing your dns
Open your command prompt (search Command Prompt either via the charm bar [windows 8] or your start menu [windows 7 and lower]
Type in "ipconfig/flushdns" and then press enter
You will see "Successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache

And also set an exception for fresh-hotel and your firewall if neither of those work try what Kane has said

I have the same problem. Mine worked a couple of days ago but the client just won't work. Try a different device like another laptop or an iPad if you have one...
