He never retired and he was there at summerslam, hell in a cell, survivor series and at wrestlemania....

He isn't retired but right now wwe is not focused on him, in other words i dont think he will be getting a match in a while. Either way he is still a Legend, retired or not!

also they've announced how much of Legend he is at various occasions just recently on wwe when they were celebrating his 25th year.
