Home Room Bug

I try to get onto the hotel and take my to my home room, but it disconnects me every time. When people go into my room, they get dced as well. Any solutions?

Wow, typo. It logs me into the hotel, and sends me to my home room.. But the room disconnects me, and not letting me onto the hotel. Please Help ASAP, Thank you
