Bugged commands (can't post in bug reports)

I just decided to play around with commands and found that these 2 commands don't work the way they should, not sure if upper management is aware of this.

:showwhispers doesn't work when choosing ignore whispers.
:mute for room owners only works as a permanent mute however the muted user can still get around this by whispering which clashes with the first command.

Hope this can be looked into and possibly fixed.
