Where's My Items?

Ben told me to post here. I ordered 1 x Fire Dragon, Transaction ID: ch_15nQhE4IJZlaFXGviOz3IqGM. Invoice #lznGr.
I haven't received my Fire Dragon, however Nick tried to summon me in game but I was away from keyboard and didn't see what he said. Next thing, I come back onto the computer - OK all these room alert things . Went to my invoices and its only been marked as delivered!! I went to all my rooms and my inventory and the Fire Dragon is not there. I feel as if I have been scammed by you guys. I shouldn't have to go through all this effort just to get some furniture I paid for, and this isnt the first time. Do you have any clue how much of a inconvenience this is for me as a customer?
