Reason for the ban : Scamming a bet

Why the ban should be lifted? : Where is the link of me scamming? I did not enter casinos for the past few weeks. Furthermore, I thought there was a mass unban? All past bans are removed? Why am I re-banned again?
If I am banned under the same old case of sirmaarky, I should not be re-banned again because there is a mass unban as said by Kylie : https://prntscr.com/8t7xdy

As I just posted on your 'brothers' thread: This is the 5th time or so you've made a ban appeal. Since it's been denied 5 times in the past, it'll probably be denied again. @TheJacob

Theres a mass unban as said by Kylie right? Since theres a mass unban, all old ban reasons do not count alr. So why am I banned? Furthermore, the ban did not show the link of proof, just the reason : scamming a bet. @TheJacob @Kylie

I know I created ban appeal before. However, this time, it is about me getting banned after the mass unban. (For same reason or different? I dont know)
Since it's mass unban, all previous ban and their proofs are all invalid. So why is Jacob banning me for scamming?

0VOX0, Anting, Aventador, (banned recently) got unbanned, and did not get rebanned
These people are banned quite some time ago, and are unbanned due to mass unban, and not rebanned :lFaultyl, Kemmyort,Quartiless,CrackWzer and so on.
Since they are not banned, why am I banned?

There was a mas unban so unless you got caught scamming again you prob shouldn't be banned? just chill out until Jacob see's to this please. don't go making more and more appeals, wait it out

Correct, there is a mass unban. You were re-banned because you were caught scamming so close to the date of the mass unban -- others have had a chance to self-reflect on their actions, however, you haven't. This ban appeal is denied.
